Pooghe Clothing Company of America is a new base-layer clothing company with all of its product and manufacturing completely grown and made in the United States of America.
To current date, the company has spent the last 3 years in extensive research, product development and prototyping, nation-wide sourcing, and branding. Through social networking and aligning themselves with strategic marketing platforms the company ultimately created a consumer demand for their much anticipated American clothing label under the unique name of Pooghe™.
The company is now prepared to increase its customer base with wholesaling the Pooghe label to various web-based and physical retail shopping stores that fall within its demographics. The Pooghe brand was designed to appeal within the median to upper scale consumer market targeting men and women between the ages 20 to 45.
Setting the pace for innovation, the company’s founder, Navy Veteran and entrepreneur Steve Monte saw a need for an anti-odor/antimicrobial base-layer clothing line with unparallel comfort in today's fashion apparel market.
With creating the brand he had three primary requirements:
First: The label had to be a versatile wear delivering a luxurious hand with an appealing functionality that address common issues everyone can identify with and relate to.
Second: Absolutely no re-labeling or buying "apparel blanks" from the big manufacturers. The company had to create its own exclusive fabric and design cuts that embraced classical familiarity while being contemporary in today's fashion forward market trends.
Third: And probably the biggest challenge of all, the brand had to be completely grown and made in the United States of America without outrageous pricing, no exceptions.
