Book detail
underGROUND
Issue One of 'underGROUND'. Originally published between 1987 and 1990, underGROUND was an anthology series of books ranging from 32 pages to 64 pages. The anthology published such classics as 'The Man Who Hated Tuesdays', 'The Last Spaceman' and 'The Difference'. The main character at its start was 'Adgros', who would later become the template for Quongo in the 'Cosmogenesis' series. Touted as ones to watch by Comics International in 1988, we continued to create our anthology books until 1990, moving on to create graphic novels from then to the present day. This preview gives you a chance to see our early work, learning the skills of sequential art and how Clown Press started back in the days before computers. Now updated and enhanced with the use of the computer. A full collected edition containing all nine issues will be coming soon as an ebook download.
