The catalogue is now published live. It's still being built, but the basic format is now complete. Titles will be added each day until it is complete. If you want your comic to be included in the catalogue please follow the instructions at: www.smallzone.co.uk/frontline.htm

Another big change for the catalogue: Rather than just one ebook, Frontline will now be a network of hotlinked ebooks, with an ebook for each publisher and an ebook for each genre, meaning quicker downloading and an easier to manage listing system. All the smaller ebooks will be easily accessed from this master catalogue.

Due to a huge increase in new publishers, which is a direct result of the Diamond threshold increase, this catalogue will now be launched at a later date in June.

Ok, this is now slowly Turning into the actual Frontline Catalgue.
I just added a sample listing and it took me about 20 minuites, so initially filling the catalogue is going to be a huge task.
Anyone who can create their own listings in photoshop, following the template closely of course, would be saving lots of time....hint hint.
As you can see titles can be ordered directly from the listings.

Hi Harry,
Yes that is a very sound idea, which is pretty much what's doing to happen.
Basically the genre pages and publisher pages will feature cover images that will link to the main pages for the titles within the ebook. This will allow retailers to find your titles either by publisher or by genre and also allow simple ordering.
There will also be a latest relases page which also link back to the titles in the same way, so that retailers can easily see what's new without flicking through pages to find new stuff.
Something folks may also wish to hear, is that I have now secured some considerable space to use as a storage and distribution centre for your books, allowing fast and professional delivery to retailers.
There really is going to be a viable alternative to Diamond in the UK folks, just when it's needed most.
Now we just have persuade all the other retailers! ;)

It's getting there!
Can I make a suggestion? On the first page which is currently blank, it may be an idea to list the publishers, because many of the books will be from the same publisher but in different categories/genres and will be split. It may be an option to have a page/s for each publisher so that everything is on one place and then maybe link things into the genre pages?
