Jay has been fascinated with writing since his days in College he has been since then pursuing his passion along with a career in education. His writings have always been influenced by his job and that has led to explaining all concepts via stories. He strongly believes in their effectiveness with the reader and also a better recall value.
As part of this career in education Jay has interacted with over 1700 professionals across South East Asia. (India, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri-Lanka) and helped them enhance their career via successfully conducting workshops on areas that they can apply in their work and personal lives.
Jay conducts workshops on diverse topics such as Operations Management for Front line managers, report writing skills, using statistics in Business, Understanding leadership styles etc. His audience profile range from mid to senior level managers (Including senior leadership of fortune 500 organizations).

Jay has a bachelor's degree in science and is also a certified behavioural trainer form Inscape® USA, in using Inscape DiSC® profiling tool.
