Thanks for providing a very helpful tool ..... I found that the meditation/visualisations brought me back to my centre beautifully and the mind mapping exercises are certainly revealing. Having worked through some pretty strong resistance to actually getting down to doing it, I found it was fascinating to map out the blocks and old habits which un-surprisingly were strongly linked! as were the learnings and goals branches which brought a wonderful feeling of comfort and re-assurance. Serendipotous events increased and this led to re-establishing contact with some very significant people who have played important roles in my personal and spiritual development over the years. Bright Blessings to you and all future works :)

Thanks for the email. Indeed, using mind-mapping would be great for my art classes. School is almost out in the Philippines but will certainly visit your site soon. If I have any questions, will ask you! Thanks for your generosity!

Really diverse in helping you overcome the "block". Great input. Mind-mapping is the way to go! I'm a very visual person and I've tried to teach a very dressed down, simplified version of mind-mapping...well, some of my students got it, the other high school students were too self-conscious in filling up their map. Good luck on your your book though!
